i was really sian and - i believe - it was written all over my face. from disappointment that a few certain people forgot my birthday (non-sms = forgot), to annoyance that the little kids keep sticking to me. but they were so sweet. they bought a card for me each, and made one each too! hahah so cute. many a times i nearly told a few people off. but positive attitude and of course, my BFF made the whole thing a success. without them, i wouldn't have made it through the night. you know i love you all!
i hated the idea of having a celebration. and many a times i wanted to just run off. no, i wasn't stressed. i was pissed at the idea of having to deviate from my original plan.
but everyone gave me face i guess. noone could tell that there was quite a huge quarrel (cum cold war) amongst me and my bro and my ma in the afternoon. noone could tell that my pa came with the greatest reluctance. noone could see the cold sweat i was in, especially at the start of the night when the maternal relatives arrived. i was so scared there would be a quarrel. there wasn't.
so you see, i was pacing up and down and hardly talking to anyone. and i stoned. oh well. the stansfield girls didn't follow my agogo theme. damn sad.
at least, all's well ends well. i'm glad for my BFF. <3
