it's the first time i took a white panadol pill in my 21 years and goodness, it's darn hard to swallow it. i seem to have sprained my throat while gulping tonnes of water in an attempt to down it. argh.

and i would never have attempted to take med had i not been eager to recover from this pathetic state i'm in. all because i've work on monday.

damnit. i'm gonna take like, super good care of myself, mind and body, lest i ever fall sick again.
