Blood Analysis at WHB

It was an exciting experience yesterday at WHB. I did a Blood Analysis at the clinic located at Pomo, together with Huisi, where the process of drawing the blood only took less than 1 minute!

The therapist first took a drop of blood by pricking the fourth finger on the left hand, then enlarged it on the microscope. In turn, the microscope is connected to the monitor, so we viewed the components of our blood instantly! Just like this:

From this, our therapist Charlene Hui proceeded to explain to us what the types and shapes of cells implied! Generally, round cells are the normal red blood ones. Elongated shapes imply a lack of protein; hollow cells imply a lack of iron; deformed cells are those infected by bacteria. The illumination of the cells is an indication of the strength of the cell walls. Overlapping cells suggest a very thick blood. Crystals formed in blood, like that shown below, are formed from the undigested fats/sugars. Tiny white specks are the bacteria. White blood cells can also be seen.

And boy, am I unhealthy. There is alot of bacteria floating around in my bloodstream, which apparently arose from the undigested food. A lack of protein, a lack of iron and many many deformed cells. My cells are weak and few, which is attributed to lack of nutrients.

The talk with Charlene was really educational, in that she answered all of our questions steadfastly. She did not attempt to hard-sell any of the products the clinic is promoting, but instead talked to us about the health problems that were apparent from the blood analysis.

Different individuals may lack a different enzyme to break down the food that we consume, thereby resulting in a lower absorption of, say, protein. Enzyme supplements hence target the digestion and absorption of our consumption, which can in turn, improve the functioning of both the liver and the kidney.

Supplements may be good for the health generally, but an overdosage actually loads the liver with more work. The liver has to work harder to get rid of toxins, which also refer to the excess vitamins that we feed the body.
